The warm welcome sets a good tone, with a large, comfortable room and splendid river views. Breakfast is an indulgent affair with plenty of options, perfectly served. Though parking can be a challenge, the good hosts and cozy atmosphere were great.

The room was fashionable with central heating, an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment.

The room featured a large bay window with fine views over the river and West Looe. Breakfast had a great variety, fresh and cooked to order, never rushed. Staff were friendly and kept the place clean and tidy. There were quite a few steep steps to navigate, which could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Parking was limited, requiring the use of public lots nearby.

We were there for 1 day, everything was great, appreciated its marvellous and brilliant location near to Bridgeside and the Bridge in Looe. Our room was tidy, airy, with tea, milk plus huge windows overlooking the water & bridge.

The room featured a fine sea view, made mornings worthwhile, and the location allows easy access to local attractions.

Navigating the several steep flights of stairs to reach the upper rooms can be daunting, particularly for anyone with mobility issues. Limited parking options may require planning ahead, especially during busy periods.

Lovely room, wonderful breakfast, the room was immaculate with a beautiful view over the river, and I appreciated the free wi-fi and electric kettle provided in the room.

The location was spot on for hitting the beach and exploring the SW Coast Path. Our room was comfy, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, satisfying all our cravings. Definitely try the hot options! Sammy was super helpful, providing great tips for nearby attractions like the harbor. We'd totally return!

Just a heads up, parking can be a hassle, so be prepared for that. Getting to the upper rooms involves tackling quite a few stairs, which could be tough for some.

I had such a pleasant stay, enjoying a lovely breakfast and cozy family room that had all we needed. There’s a nice leisure area to unwind after a long day. The option to relax in the TV room if you’re up for it. Just a heads up, it’s a bit tricky to find parking at busy times, so plan accordingly! 😊

The owner was very attentive . Make sure to account for the steep steps when planning your arrival.

This place is nice, and has free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and electric kettles. On my first stay, the staff helped me with taxi tips, showcasing their care. I highly recommend this cute spot. I'm coming back for a new year!
